Seven Falls Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Inky dark in color with a lovely nose of dark cherries. On the mid palate the wine displays bold rich dark cherries to match the nose. On the medium length finish this wine displays a lovely smooth acidity and tannins. And if that was the end of the review the wine would get strong accolades. But then it hit, an almost immediate and the worst allergic reaction I have ever encountered. A massive asthmatic reaction impacting my breathing. The wine on the back says contains sulphites which is known to cause such reactions but the levels present must be beyond anything I have ever encountered. If your sensitive to sulphites, avoid this wine like the plague.
