2011 Wolf Blass Yellow Label Chardonnay

Pale in color with a mild varietal California style Chard nose. On the mid pallet the wine displays some varietal chard fruit along with some vanilla backed on the medium length finish with some minerality. The wine has a thicker texture to it. Not syrupy but slightly. It has some lovely flavors that build in the mouth especially if your sipping it on it’s own. This is definitely a milder chard. I would give it an 88-89. Very food friendly. Not a bad deal for the money!
